    Lovely place to stay

Really enjoyed our 2 nights at this resort. We stayed in the budget accommodation which was fine for 2 nights. If I were to return I would upgrade to one of the nicer accommodations looking over the sea.

Secluded and relaxed, beautifully located, although slightly out-of-the-way, great if you want to get away from the masses.
Great food and service from lovely people/family-run. Rooms basic (with amenities) and fairly comfortable with gorgeous views over the bay.

Yoga teacher training under the rainbow!

... was yoga therapy, senior yoga, fertility, pre and post natal yoga, baby yoga, kids yoga, yoga in the classroom and last but not least, community yoga. Yep, that's a lot of yoga! The toughest part of the training was the never-knowing- what's-next aspect. Walking into the shala on day one and seeing the circle of mats was a sure indication that we were in for an interesting ride. We actually had no idea....in the morning, sometimes we would sit for meditation, sometimes it ...

    Football in Koh Tao

... doesn't read that bit else I'll be doing my duty again at Swindon haha!!

When the game finished we finished our drinks (found our flip flops amongst the growing pile of footwear) and went back..not before stopping at 7/11 for our milk.

In Thailand it's customary for everyone to take their shoes off before entering any shops/bars/restaurants. I quite like it until you come to a dirty loo where you wish you had your flips on!!

First island day in KOH PHANGAN

... cocktails round the pool for a bit, then a couple of beers - and I can't deny that I was quite tipsy after that. But it was fun. We had a very petty argument for a bit which was quite funny, then soon made up, and walked down to a local bar to watch the Andy Murray in the Australian open final. We got a beer bucket - 5 for 300, so I was definitely a bit drunk after a couple of them. The final was good, Andy played so well at first, but after a couple of hours, Djkovic ...

    Relaxing in Ko Tao

Jaclyn and I had an extra day in Ko Tao to relax and snorkel and adventure before we had to make our way over to Ko Phangan for the Full Moon Party prep work. And of course since Hugo had been scoping out the island for several days, we deferred to his expertise while exploring on the 31st. After breakfast we all rented scooters and set off on our island adventure around 10 in the morning. We motored to a couple of different ...
