    Lovely place to stay

Really enjoyed our 2 nights at this resort. We stayed in the budget accommodation which was fine for 2 nights. If I were to return I would upgrade to one of the nicer accommodations looking over the sea.

Secluded and relaxed, beautifully located, although slightly out-of-the-way, great if you want to get away from the masses.
Great food and service from lovely people/family-run. Rooms basic (with amenities) and fairly comfortable with gorgeous views over the bay.

We awoke and left for sairee and after about an hour found our new place at the top of the hill. It was great! We took a taxi to Au Leuk and met the Americans! We went snorkelling a lot as was our last chance for a while and gg got to see a little reef shark! We then went for drinks and a delicious dinner after having booked our transport to Malaysia for tomorrow. We met up with gini Robert and dan and dans cousin the fighter pilot and spent the evening with ...

... meant that we were back to the resort for noon and this gave me the afternoon to myself. I wandered back into town where the pier is for the ferry, this was about a 30min+ walk. After touring around and getting some water at 7 Eleven ( HQ is in Malaysia apparently) I started to wander back towards the resort and when I was more than half way back I noticed a sign for a beach. Now the Buddha View Diving Resort is ...

So, after leaving Megan and josh (actually let's not bring that up... :'( ), I decided to leave Kyle (who had a bad case of coconut food poisoning...yes, coconut milk can also go off if it is left out in the sun) and head to kho phangyan. I was hoping I would arrive on the weekend of the famous half moon party (a rave in the baan Thai jungle) as this is something that holds a lot of positive reviews and appears to be an experience unlike any other. As the bus pulled up ...

After a long train, bus and ferry ride we finally arrived at our Ko Phangan accomadation by Tuk tuk. The place was great with a well stocked bar and restaurant, a warm pool, huts with hammocks on the veranda and only walking distance from the bath water like sea and beach. After chilling on the beach for most of the day we then ate there and got an early night so to be refreshed for our full day on the secluded beach located on the other side of the island. ...

... together and we must of been on Skype for nearly two hours, was nice for Matty's mum to finally hear all about our adventure from Matty and I think she enjoyed listening and seeing him. We were that they were celebrating both our birthdays with white mice, vegetable crisps and cake.... All three are some of our favourite things. They seemed to be having a good time together and that was nice to see :) After Skype we figured it was time for sleep as it was about 2am our ...
