... to indulge my fears such as "what if I swallow sea water and I'm sick?" "What if I can't breathe?" "What if I get bit by a shark?...". He'd just give me a look that said shut up and get on with it. We did really like the Dive Centre though and the other staff and students were lovely.

... can hand feed monkeys. Having seen many in the wild earlier in the trip, we decided to peer in just above the park to watch the action. As it turns out, a couple of monkeys climbed up to us. As Paul went to approach them with his mirrored cycling shades on, one of them completely freaked out seeing the reflection of another monkey (or so Paul likes to think), and I managed to capture the moment. The Hindu influences in this area are beautiful - we've ridden through streets ...

... screamed on, we arrived for 12pm. The office is at the end of the single track trail and we were each handed two litres of water and pointed towards a giant map on the wall. ... temple doing morning prayers from a speakerphone. We queued up to get on the boat and an hour and a half later we arrived at Gilli T. It looked stunning and we were a little gutted we didn't have time to stop there. We jumped up on the roof of the boat to sunbathe for the journey to Lombok.
