Today we headed to Carcassonne to visit the Cite De Carcassonne, a fortified city. It took us nearly an hour to find the place and it was so frustrating because we could see it but couldn't get close, there were road closures and changes so poor Ken was totally confused. Anyhow we made it eventually and I have NEVER seen anything like it. This fortified City comprises of the Chateau Comtal, Basilique St. Nazaire and Theatre J. Deschamps.
