... to, despite being a Kiwi.... .....hehe...I said that to them, and he was a bit offended and said people often say that, and do Aussies have a "thing" about Kiwis... Must be a bit of cabin-fever in not hearing a familiar accent for a while.... Anyway, we ended-up having dinner with them at a quite nice restaurant attached to the camp, and then drinks later, long into the night....... ... restaurant eating mussels in a creamy sauce with pommes fritte and endless baskets of French bread. Oh and a bottle of local white wine that David and I had to get through as Alison, bless her, had offered to drive! So today they are getting ready for their son and friends to visit tomorrow, Alison is packing to go back to UK to visit family and David is setting off on a trip to do some dog handler training in Germany and Switzerland.  ...

Morning visit to the vide Grenier in Saissac. Huge boot sale! But highly regulated. Vendors can only attend 4 per year, so it takes the commercial stalls out of the equation. ... as we got back on the train. Another couple of hours we should be back in Toulouse and then on to Carcassonne. I loved the grotto in Lourdes.
