      ... it was getting to be more of an effort to examine anything closely. After seeing the film, Tim's Vermeer last year, Rowland particularly wanted to see the Vermeer paintings, which are splendid, but there are only 3 in the gallery, I believe. Rembrandt's Night Watch resides there as well, taking up an entire wall. In addition to paintings, the museum has related artistic objects such as delftware and so on as well as 3 or 4 very large dollhouses from a century ago. ...

      ... the required rate! This was a big positive in our eyes, but to be tempered by Sean's experience with a cab driver later in the day. We arrived in town very early on Sunday and were able to get into the Cistern, which opened earlier than other attractions, without too serious a line up.       ... all our train connections will fall into place once we arrive. We have bulk head seats in premium economy on this flight. Thank goodness as even they are very narrow but with a nice recline. Dinner was passable, the inflight entertainment for the IPad was not worth the effort. Not a movie worth seeing in the bunch.
