    Wednesday we travelled from Victoria to Vancouver without any highlights ,boarded the ship and set sail which was delayed while they fixed the thrust motors.Thursday was a sea day ,the ship is good ,the staterooms quite big by comparison to others we have sailed on,the food is good though the buffet area is not as well organised as others and there are about 1500 guests and 500 staff..Friday we docked at Juneau Alaska at 1pm and at 1.30 ...

    ... trip is over. I found a pit, and took it back, and cut some kindling with a hammer, and eventually got the fire started. Once we were all ready o make s'mores, the fire had other ideas with it exploding little bits of embers EVERYWHERE! As funny as it was, it wasn't safe as embers were seriously flying everywhere, like a good 3 meters away. We out out the fire and just chilled. So, the stats for our trip. We drove a total of 2910 miles ...

    An early start to a beautiful day! Early morning flight to Chicago and then onto Nashville. Flight was delayed two hours, making the journey that much longer and exhausting. Rent a van then trek down to Huntsville. Finally made and humid...and southern bugs?!? ...

    ... the IMAX theatre. At the theatre, we saw two movies on the screen - which is six stories high. We saw KENYA Animal Kingdom and Shackleton's Antarctic Adventure at the theatre. Both movies were excellent and we enjoyed them fully.

    After watching the two movies, Mom and I entered the actual museum.

    The IMAX and souvenir store is on the first floor. The actual museum is on floor two and three.

    ... excursion booked for this port. We decided to be tourists and explore the area on our own, for FREE! It is supposed to be a 15 minute walk from the pier into the downtown area, with shuttles available for a small fee if we want to use them. Our bags are pretty much packed as we wanted to have that tedious task taken care of. All checked bags must be placed outside our room by midnight tonight if we want them taken off for us and waiting by customs. Otherwise, we have ...
