We took the 'pointless' ferry back to Lanta as we would do the same journey the next morning! and sat on the deck soaking up some rays!
We decided to get an early night as we had to get the ferry early the next morning and we we're tired out from our trip. Turns out its party night at the bar behind our hut on a Saturday so we had dance versions of Katie Perry banging out until 4 in the morning. 2 hours sleep then!

We got up early again this morning, had breakfast and waited for our transport to pick us up and take us to the Jetty for our ferry to Ko Phi Phi. Our transport was a half our late picking us up, Bryden was starting to loose faith, then we got dropped around the corner. Everyone in the truck was cracking up because we all could have walk around the corner. We thought we were at the Jetty we needed to be at but then we all got shuffled onto a bus which drove us 15 ...

... out they are all psycho) that over-took around corners, and overtook into coming traffic - in Thailand you can fit a minibus, a car and a truck together at one point on a two lane road, sometimes even a motorbike as well. It also seemed as though this driver had no idea of where we were going, often doubling back on where we had just been only to then keep driving again. Anyway, this is all normal to us now, but at the time we had no idea what was going on ...

It's a shame its low season which means rough waves, cloudy weather and the beach hasn't been cleaned up. So I've not been able to top up the tan like I thought I would have. ... to Chocolate bar its been so perfect. Everyone is so nice and laid back, and we have gone on motorbike rides into town but mainly stayed put. Met one Swedish girl who was lovely and wanted to invite us to stay with her in Sweden but the next morning her and her boyfriend had disappeared. Strange! Eric and the Swedish girls (and later Swedish guys who were quite mental!) have been great to hang with. I really cant think of much more to say! I'm going back in the water.

... island so far, although I really liked Koh Chang, the scenery is great with limestone cliffs rising out of crystal clear emerald water and white sand beaches. I bought Lucy a nice necklace which I had spent ages looking for in Koh Chang and couldn't find so she was again happy. She also dealt with her hangover much better than I did. Mangoes are now our new favourite breakfast, and horror of horrors, my Vietnamese coffee ran out and I'm now drinking nasty Nescafe.
