... We were both ecstatic to step out onto clean golden-yellow sand and to a view of turquoise water. The beach was clean and there was virtually no garbage anywhere to be seen. We were so happy! We extended our initial 4 nights and stayed for 8 enjoying a change of pace and some time laying by the beach and catching up on some blog posts and emails. Our lazy days around the pool and beach were punctuated by regular swims in the ocean and stand up paddle boarding (SUP) along ...

We arrived on Ko Phi Phi and got ourselves booked into a hostel. We then walked up to the view point and could see the whole of the island. It was yet again another beautiful sight. We then sat in a coffee shop for hours, when we felt ...

When we got into the port at Phi Phi island, we felt like we were in Miami because there were so many shops and tourists. It was nice to return ...

In fact, because Thailand uses the Buddhist (solar or lunar?) calendar, the year on the Thai certificate states 2558! Of course this will be translated correctly on the English version, otherwise we won’t be technically married until we are over 500 years old!

... to finish his and I'm half way, determined to finish it very soon. We then decided to go snorkeling after the tide went out (apparently the best time to go), in all our gear we conquered the rocks with our flippers on, well that was a challenge to say the least. The snorkeling was Okish. The water was quite shallow and merky full of sediment from the rain we have had over the last couple of days, we both had encounters with coral and our feet.. ...
