... a small amount of breakfast, Kate & Roy asked if we wanted to drive into Fredericksburg. Kate and Roy hadn't eaten breakfast yet, so they drove into Johnson City for breakfast and we cleaned up, then met them at the restaurant. After they finished their breakfast, we drove into Fredericksburg and walked around a little and did a little shopping. On the way back to the campground, we stopped at Circle E candles so Kate could buy some candles and the Wildflower Farm ...

... of the world, and wanted to impart something similar to our kids. Our first thought was to spend a year living abroad like Caroline had, but we had a hard time selecting just one country. One conversation led to another until one of us said "why don't we just go to all of them?!" And that's how this world trip came to be.

I'm glad I did because I learned some important things about how the suit goes together, especially the wig, beard and mustache, the latter being the kind that is worn separately from the beard and must be attached to the upper lip using spirit gum as an adhesive. I was hoping the hotel didn't cheap out on the suit, and I wasn't disappointed. They bought a top-quality ensemble. Cheap suits cost under $100, but the premium jobs go ...

... So I stepped outside and explored street after street. As it appeared they had almost no stores at all downtown. Just alot of pubs and restaurants, offices and hotel and occasionally one and another store. I found however a cool music gadget store where I bought a tee. :) I was however surprised to see a cat sleeping on the floor in the store! It must have been the owner's but he/she didn't move even when I walked ...
