... Very stereotype Texan - rows of rifles, glass displays of guns and any and all accessories needed to fit right in with the American gun culture. We also did some retail therapy and before you know it, it was about 8pm and time to check out our next Austin food experience - off to G'raj Mahal for some Indian cuisine. I'm not into curries, so mine was mild and very tasty. As we are all Game of Thrones fans we watched the 2 episodes we had missed ...

... people here especially for the film competition. My son asked me about it and said that his matron of honor's husband at his wedding was sent here last year for business since he is in advertising. I checked out the schedule just for one day and there were about 50 events happening from early in the morning to after midnight.
We should have spent a week in Austin!

... gingerbread village in the lobby with the model train that runs through it. And there are only so many kids that can cycle through a hotel. In a mall, well, it seems like every kid in the world shows up at once.

And at the Teas, there aren't any babies. All the kids are old enough to handle themselves. The babies arrive for the open houses, so there's some crying that goes on, but a few camera flashes later and they move on with their parents. No big ...
