    ... in the ocean, and I also remembered that storms in Hawaii tend to pass quickly. If you don't like the rain, wait ten minutes. And about ten minutes later, the rain passed and the sun came back out again.

    ... plantation tour, we went for an early dinner at Keoki's Paradise restaurant in Poipu. I had the marlin and Sheila had the grass fed hamburger. The food was excellent. Then we enjoyed the best part - a free piece of Hula Pie.

    ... a letdown. It was alright, but I've definitely had a lot better. We did a few more stops along the way home. There were a few caves that were really incredible and of course waterfalls. The north end of the island seems to be quite a bit wetter than the other end. It is known for being one of the wettest places on Earth. It was about time to catch our fight home after this.
