... breakfast. We motored 2 hours up the coast to the Napali coast and state Park. Along the way there were rolling hills and pretty beaches. The beaches are pretty deserted...only get into by dirt road off the highway. Aces to many is by boat or canoe only. ... any of us had watched it since then, so it was pretty fun.

Then we thought about watching a DVD from the collection in the condo. But there was literally nothing good to watch, except a few Harry Potter movies. And we'd already seen those. Thankfully my Dad had brought some DVDs of Doc Martin, a BBC series about a cranky doctor in England and the funny residents in his town. So we watched a couple of those before going to bed.

We all got up about 6:00 and had a couple of hours to read and eat breakfast and decide what to do today. We decided we would head south this morning to see a couple of waterfalls. Just south of Kapa'a (Kuh-pah-hah) we headed inland on Kuamo'o Road. We came to Poli'ahu a heiau or Hawaiian temple. Rock walls outlined the footprint of the temple.
