Rustic charm. They are starting to fix it up after taking over a couple of years ago. Exactly what we were looking for. Clean, great views, fun for kids and pure Maine. I gave it a 4 because it could use better blankets for chilly nights.

He was a love and went and did the laundry for us while I laid around on a heating pad. (Boo!)
