... is down a deeply rutted gravel road. On the way back we stopped at Sand Kawai'ele Sand Mine Bird Sanctuary where we saw Black-necked stilts, moorhens, and new one for our list the Black-crowned Night Heron. When we got back it was after 4:00 but she still wasn't finished cleaning. So we went and parked by the beach and Larry, Derek, and Erin got out and went to the beach. I stayed in the shade in the car. We went back to the cottage but ...

... br> April 11th Fri. We walked about 1.3 miles to Ono for breakfast. It was so so and cost as much as a good dinner! Stopped at the bridge to feed the fish with our leftover pancakes. Walked back and spent some time in the room before walking our two mile round trip to our beach where we spent a long time in the water. It had started out to be a warm sunny day, but quickly clouded up and stayed that way. Later a walk around the Safeway mall. There was ...
