        ... to help those who needed some help navigating the crossing. The river wasn't flowing that strong, but with the rocky and in some places, slippery bottom, made it easier. After crossing the river we continued to make our way along the winding track, which generally followed the river, but we often had to make our way further into the forest.         The perfect place to celebrate my 30th it has been. I was spoiled on the day of my birthday with little surprises throughout the day. The first being some Kahlua coffee in the hammock as Ryan prepared a decadent breakfast for me to enjoy on our Lanai (the deck!).         ... got some red bits but because I burn my scalp yesterday/day before, I woke up this morning and when I looked in the mirror I saw a cross between the Tefal Man (some of you will be old enough to remember him) and something from Star Trek. My forehead is swollen and my scalp if burning. Will have to start putting sunscreen on my scalp/hair.

        Shopping put away before an hour and a half by the pool followed by watching the sunset again.

        Now for dinner, ...and its green.

        ... instead of leaving @ 10 a.m., it left @ 6:15 a.m. Oops! Sooooo, clearly I have missed my flight. This has never happened, so I was in unchartered territory. Ok, now what?
