... spot) beach are right next to each other. We tried to park at Tunnels but no parking left. We ended up finding a spot at Haena. We took our cooler, boogie boards, snorkel's and towels and off we went for the morning. Found a great spot to relax and "people watch". The waves were not very conducive to boogie boarding so we just floated on them for awhile. Brian and I did some ...

... I managed to snap the nose of Brendan's board not five minutes after I paddled out. This was mental considering I had ridden this board for a month now, got pounded hundreds of times, and never even put a scratch on it...but somehow on this day I managed to snap the nose off. We have already decided to return to Hawaii in the future; yes it is a long way from the UK, but it is so worth it. Honolulu aside, it does not feel like the US at all, which is neither a good or bad thing, but it does make it very different. ...

... road, it looks like a long and large beach resort, bounded by palms and lots of greenery, but from here the US tests mid and long range missiles, and is due to shortly launch a rocket bound for the International Space Station from the site. Well, I can tell you that it looks nothing like it from the road! 'Spouting Horn' is a sight to behold! Don't get over excited, it's a lava tube right on the sea front that traps air, which is then forced out by ...
