      ... try and give up.

Our snorkelling trip wasn't until 12.30pm so we still had time to climb on the rocks just out by the balcony and look in all the rock pools. We felt like little kids, finding crabs and fish and sea cucumbers. It was nice just being able to see so much wildlife right on your doorstep. Snorkelling time and we all got to the shop with no wrong turns! It really was just down the ...

... over to the memorial which was a very somber experience. The ship still holds almost 1000 seamen that never made it plus some of the survivors have been brought back to be interred in the wreck. Then we went back to shore and caught a bus to the Missouri. I took a short tour of the ship which included the memorabilia from the end of the war ceremony. Then we had a terrible time getting back to find a bus to ...

So I wouldn’t hit him!!! Haha. So many birds/roosters/chickens walking on the freak’n road - dumb birds.

Early to rise this morning as I headed to the North Shore once again after filling up Skippy (my car), to go hiking on the Kalalau Trail along the Napali Coast. Getting there early ensured that I would get a parking spot @ Ke‘e Beach Park. Now hiking on your own ...
