Wild Hibiscus flowers were growing everywhere and we happened to be on the island during the bloom of the purple / blue Jacaranda trees which left a confetti like trail on the roadsides. These highways were slightly more scenic to drive around than the M25 that's for sure!

We had lunch on the beach and did some people watching. At about 4pm we headed back to the condo. I cooked up some chicken breasts for dinner. All of this was capped off by a Ocean Organic Vodka and Lime and a spectacular sunset from the lanai. The vodka was suppose to be Zack's souvenir - SORRY ZACK!!

... on a tour with a very chatty crazy man who introduced us to their hurd of goats. We got to feed the teenagers who were already knocked up with their first baby. They keep the girl goats pregnant constantly so they can produce the most milk. Crazy but true - it's all about having the most milk to make great cheese.
