      ... December (otherwise they are eaten by predators etc) and then rears the baby turtles for 8 months, feeding them every 2 hours from dawn to dusk until they can be released. We gave a donation and took some photos of the super cute turtles. After a brief sit/lie under a shelter watching a sudden but short rainstorm, we took the boat back to Gili Air.

      Our flight to Laban Bajo was on a very small propeller aeroplane. We don't think we have ever been on a plane as small as this, maybe 25 rows of 4. It did however look fairly new which made us feel a lot more comfortable.
