      ... quit, and just say I've done enough already. That was not a helpful thought to put into my head. But I trudged forward and guess what? Not "brutal." It's not so bad. Mind over matter does work and as long as I prioritize my exercise and yoga, I'll get through this part too. I am avoiding crowds as my white counts have been low for months.       ... great relief we were back on I89, headed for Woodstock, Vermont. No, not THE Woodstock, (which was in NY State but not at Woodstock, even though there is a Woodstock in NY State where Bob Dillon et al actually recorded).

      Today was a good day exploring Vermont. We saw lots of great covered bridges. Designed like this to stop the bridges getting icy and also to preserve their longevity.       ... right near the climbing area. Their pizzas were sooo yummy. We went to this place two nights in a row and both times there was live music. What a lovely two evenings out.
