      ... avoid crowds as just catching a cold could precipitate a setback. I have only one chemo cycle left and I want to finish it without delays.

      ... 100% tomorrow, we need to do 2 days with 24 miles each now. ---------------Odds & Ends------------ A few days ago, I rolled my ankle again. This time I also hurt my knee. The knee has started to feel a little better, but the ankle countinues to hurt, this time from both sides. Hopefully it stops, because it seems to get worse and worse everytime I roll it - because it never fully recovers from the last injury. With the whites coming up......well.....this is not good for me. ...
