    ... for the third dive, life jacketed this time it still required a 15 meter dash to the reef over the 'blue' but this time we did it and the courage was rewarded with an hour of great snorkelling . I was extremely proud of sam being able to conquer his fear and make the third dive and relieved to have completed the trip successfully. A surprisingly luxurious people carrier picked us up and we dozed all the way back to the hotel in air conditioning and leather seats. Nice ...

    It was a very long day! 14 hours of flying and sitting around airports. But Thai Air must have the nicest planes for leg room and food. As we were at the airport at 11am we had lunch as the flight didn't leave until 2pm.
