The is an 11 mile stretch of road with 318 curves including some fairly tight switchbacks. People come from all over America (and the world!) to do it. ... to Asheville & parked in the centre of town. We found a nice restaurant to sit out for lunch. Our table was under a canopy .... Luckily, as it poured rain the whole time we were having our lunch. When the rain stopped, we wandered a couple of streets & into a few shops. We completed the circle & arrived back ...

... 318 curves in 11 miles & again.. a must for motorcyclists & sports cars. We think we would like to drive it but we'll have to see if we can work it into our drive back to Nashville in a few days time. We forgot that we had a time change & lost an hour, so didn't want to arrive too late to the B&B. Arrived at Andon-Reid B&B - 92 Daisey Rd in Waynesville, North ...

So, today Zach and I got up early and headed out for our zip lining tour. I was a little nervous but hung in there (literally :-) for Zach's sake. It was a cool ride up to,the top in a polaris. Our tour guides were nice and funny. I liked doing my own repels. And, felt good that I had did it, after it was over. Zach had fun and enjoyed it, Then, Zach and I headed ...
