... by the end of the day. Sent more emails about my job up in Queensland today too, all the emails and paper work seem to be relentless but hopefully it will be worth it. ... everything weighs much more than we think it does - but after a considerable list of all the heavy items we still only had 60 kg .... this is beginning to look suspicious. Obviously we are going to need to empty everything out of the van and go weigh it again. Could we possibly have loaded 600 kg onto it? Or has the caravan company totally mucked us around & put an incorrect compliance plate on it etc etc.

... called the eight 55? I'll have to double check (edits to come!) and found a bar with a great atmosphere and delicious personal pizzas. We had a good time, but at about 6, we found out where another group was, so we went to find them at another restaurant/bar called Riverland, and we started to sit outside until a cloudburst came upon us and forced us all inside.
I say cloudburst in a very sincere way, it happened very suddenly with about 30 seconds ...

Block Arcade has the most beautiful mosaic floor tiles and wrought iron work. It is also the place where we found our first queue...Mainly ladies waiting for a table at a gorgeous cake and coffee cafe.
