... I had thought that we had defiantly missed it. It finally came and I was relieved. We made it up the steep winding roads towards Biassa. The bus stop was right in from of the hostel which was really nice.
We got our keys and headed towards our room. We were all starving so they ordered us pizza. I wanted a pizza with salami and olives on it. I found something on the menu that had those two ingredients and ordered it. We ended up ordering like 12 pizzas for ...

We found seats together and just relaxed - Simon was dripping sweat!!
But at least we were on.
The train was pretty relaxed compared to the last one. No constricting cabin that confines you to your seat and that is it. No stretching room or breathing space!
The train ran parallel to the Italian coastline -it actually made for quite a scenic route. We enjoyed it.

Didnt get much sleep as my inflatable jandle finally bit the dust and went down.
Got up the next morning to work out some accom in Rome and went for a lovely swim before packing up and heading back to the train station, where we waited for a few hours for the train.
Luckily the train wasnt quite so hot, so 3 hours later we reluctantly arrived back in Rome.
