    ... are so different that if someone from the netherlands were to come to northern belgium and talk to a local, the flemish-speaking local probably wouldn't understand him and they would have to resort to an auxiliary language, which is pretty much always english.

    ... and I'm sure everyone will tell you this but it's one of the cutest places we visited.

    Maybe I'm just feeling lazy today but I'm going to pretend that this short post is intentional. We didn't do or see much here.     ... where I work, and then we went on a beer tour (Bruges Zot is the beer) at the only beer brewery left in Brugge. After that we ate dinner outside at a cute little place across from the brewery; they had torches lit and little red blankets you could use because it was cold.
