Waited ages for the awesome foursome this morning sat on a curb outside the pier we arrived at. A road was blocked on the way down apparently but I think it's their rubbish map skills personally haha! They only went another 10km passed us to Haad Rin, we thought they arrived at the same pier as us but they didn't. Took ages to get through to them, my phone bill is going to a minging price this month! We decided to go on without them and got them to meet us at ...

Koh Phangan, you didn't disappoint! ...

... town, get to beaches via washed out dirt roads etc. It’s really weird seeing them getting around town and not chasing sheep on farms. Also they’re generally driven by big guys trying to look cool wearing sunglasses, chains and no shirts. Interestingly a lot of the scooters have knobbly tires on them to counter the dirt tracks!

Looking for the bicycles we walked to the southern beach Chalok Baan Bay. It’s nice, tide was out so lots of sea ...
