... I have a small vase that sits in my kitchen window and it is filled with the handprint flowers that the Nest children made for me. I see it and I think of how God took us 8,700 miles from home and showed us that He is right there, in the midst of a small, humble building in India among children with little material things, but lots of love for God. He used that experience to touch our hearts ... and hopefully used us to touch theirs as well. And ...

... the infamous diver narcosis. Can't decided if I'm lucky or disappointed for not being affected by deep depth?...As we explored and started to ascend we could see 4 rather large reef sharks circling the area. What a sight to be 90 feet to watch them swimming above. During our ascent a fellow diver had a crisis which at 90 ft is a bad place to have one! She was having mask issues and started to panic, the guides took over but when I ...

... Before we even entered the check in room, Julia and Divya (whom we'd never met) greeted us. We then entered the check in location and were there for five minutes when Ashley walked in. Ashley attended the Long Beach bootcamp back in 2012 with us and we kept in contact with her via Instagram since then. It was nice to see a familiar face! Our room happened to be ready (hers wasn't), so the three of us went to unload our luggage, review ...

        ... be so awesome!
I catch a few words with Sally, but she has a huge lineup of fans so I don't hang for long. Time to go find a stick and cat has some waves. I head back to the car and drive back towards Sunset... There is a surf shop just down from the hotel and I can hit th beach easy there and catch a few sets ... hopefully!
$15! Not bad for a few hours... cheaper than parking! LolI pick up a 7'6" which is a little smaller than mine, but ...
