Out for a day today to Mississippi's Hill Country. We stop by the ruins of an old Juke Joint and enjoy the most amazing Southern lunch plate at Annie's and a bit of town sightseeing in Holly Springs. This part of Mississippi looks very different and indeed hilly.

We left Pueblo, CO and headed east and sort of south on Highway 50 to Dodge City, KS where we turned south on 283. Spent some time today working on getting the trailer tongue weight where it needs to be. Tis seems like a simple process, but it turned out to be somewhat difficult due to the placement of the tires on the trailer and the overall length of the trailer. Finally got it to 10 % of the trailer weight after loading, unloading, loading, unloading, loading, etc. for many time.
