... believe and take us around the outskirts of the three islands, if not taking time to stop on them. Our first stop was northwest of Gili Meno, the middle of the three islands. The water was quite calm and clear which allowed the beautiful coral on the seabed to show off its colours and variety. Similar to Gili T, the "wall" where the shallow coral dropped off into the depths below just comes at you all of a sudden, a bit unnerving when you're stuck on the top! From here we ...

Went out on Halloween, drank drinks, vaguely met a few people and played some beer pong and then went and danced to some indie covers (with a hip hop interval). ... and the whole place was wet and stinky.... ugh. ANYWAYS, on the way back to hotel we stopped at a nice place for snacks and drinks then found a club/bar that played extremely loud music and bought some drinks and danced for a while. Then went to a lounge place where we had our last drinks on the beach before Rick and I headed back to the hotel. Jen and Jesse stayed and according to them, they feel asleep on the beach.

... about 50 metres out to sea. Once on the boat the music started playing and to our relief it was pretty good, most of what we had heard on Gili T was what I would expect in a European version of Watford 5 years ago unfortunately. The drinks started flowing and we all had a great time, we left the boat just after sunset and had a couple more drinks, in a bar. For the first time I was really up for going out, I was pretty drunk and felt the buzz of the night life around me, ...
