So our search for a nice quiet spot for some lunch proved harder than first expected as most restaurants blare out their own version of happy hardcore Island beats which makes conversation somewhat difficult. At Laguna restaurant we found it was nice and quiet so we got settled in nicely and ordered. Not 2 minutes since the waitress took our order, we saw staff ...

We weren't sure how long it was going to take to get there, but it turned out we got a good deal with the fast ferry that took 1hr 45min after speaking to a fellow traveller Lo who's boat took 4hrs! Arriving in Gili T we could see white sand and turquoise waters, beautiful! We pulled into shore and all had ...

      ... paradise.

Once it was dark, we wandered back to the main restaurant area searching for some good seafood. We ended up drinking at a bar along the way, and then found a restaurant with the London Tube sign to eat at. The fish was really nice.
