      ... abgebaut wird. Als Belohnung für den Umweg erblickte er an der Laguna Nueva Flamingos! Somit entschieden wir, an der Lagune eine Nacht zu verbringen, um die unerwartete Überraschung zu geniessen. Nach weiteren 850km und einem schönen Ruhetag am Rio Negro inkl. Birchermüesli ;), erblickten wir in der Abenddämmerung das weite Meer und Puerto Madryn. Endlich mal wieder viiiiel Wasser!

      ... to the supermarket after lunch but the locals had different ideas so we burnt time sleeping in the local park waiting for everything to reopen. The main highlight of this day was the culinary delight that is a Lomito Completo. I ordered this not having an idea what it was but it was the find of the century.       ... at ??????? and also fuel up. We drove around the town about 5 times before we could fid a petrol station. When we finally did find the petrol station they refused to serve us as they said we jumped the que. Then we realized that all the cars which appeared to be parked up the street were not actually parked but were standing in the queue for petrol.

      ... tube is that the patch that we'd applied to the pinch holes had failed. Part of it had slipped and created a crease through which the air was escaping. We carefully cut and removed the portion that had slipped and then proceeded to use one of the 3" in diameter monster patches that the Gomero presumably uses to fix truck tires. At this point, given our track record, no patch could be too large to seal the tube.
