Here it is the middle of November, Thanksgiving around the corner, Rich & Jenny's wedding a beautiful memory and Christmas hovering all around us. We are still in Willow Creek, CA at Dave & Lorelie's. The repairs to their home in Eureka are still in the active mode so we have not been able to stay there. The weather is changing and has been quite cold with rain.
What an emotional roller coaster it has been. The wedding was such a beautiful experience and memory for us.
For some guests it was short lived as their travel plans began to be cancelled. We are preparing to leave for LA on Saturday. We are so excited to see Rich & Jenny and their new home! Next week we will be a buzz with last minute wedding chores and I cannot wait! It seemed to be so far away and here it is upon us. A good time is ahead!

Well, are still with weather in the 80s so we headed some beaches! Vivi was at daycare for 3 days so Rich & I went out for the day to Trinidad, Moonstone & Camel Rock to name a few. The Northern Pacific beaches are very different than Atlantic. They are much colder, rougher & have mountainous rock. The debris that washes up looks prehistoric as pieces of redwood wash ashore.

We are all settled in. The weather here is hot, hot, hot. Monday it is supposed to be a record of 100!!! It's very dry....I think my skin might look like an alligator by time the wedding comes! I'm moisturizing constantly.
