    ... was the Swiss Hotel on the other side of the city square. With two pints consumed we then set sail for the Roche Winery tasting bar. What a small world it is; standing at the bar we met an American couple who spent 3 years in Melbourne. We swapped stories about the world's most liveable city over some glasses of chardy & pinot.     ... there are giant Redwoods and Oak trees that were petrified. These trees were up to 3 million years old. The forest looked very similar to the one near Elisa's parents place in Sant Quirze. This was today's geology lesson for Elena and Ariana.

    ... re WRONG! We were also looking for some yummy bread, so Panera Bread got the nod. The meal was quite tasty, but the gastronomical wonder was the four cheese bread…OMG, it’s too delicious! Of course, it’s a gigantic loaf that’ll probably get moldy before we can enjoy it all, but we’ll do our best.
