      Saturday 31st May/Sunday 1st June:

      Shared a shuttle to the RV pick up with two very nice Swissy's from St Gallen!
      After watching an RV educational video at the pickup centre with two Germans (the video was therefore in German - which puts one of us in charge of fixing and maintaining as the other hasn't a clue what they said!! ;-)..) we finally were taken to our RV....

      From this point on the day pretty much resembled the Apollo 13 mission... Glitch after ...

      ... by the campfire I couldn't help but feel like this is a pretty awesome place to be.       ... in a small way, with just one Main Street and every second shop sells wine or has tasting wine available. Thank goodness we can walk down the street from our lodgings. The shops have the old frontage but inside it is boutique style. We won't be buying anything here. I've had my last drive in the states coming down from Corning to Napa this morning. It was a good trip down until I struck the SF traffic and then back onto 5 lanes going 65mph. I find that quite scarey. It was nice ...
