    ... We notice that everything here on the Island is very orderly - lawns always mowed, houses neat and tidy - even the boats are lined up end-to-end in the small harbors.

    We visited the Green Gables Heritage Place in Cavendish, touring the house that was the author's inspiration for the setting of the classic tale of fiction, "Anne of Green Gables." (Thought of you, Katie....)

    ... years! We travelled on to Quebec along the north shore of the St Lawrence River. Our resting spot was at Levis, on the south bank.To get to Quebec City, we took our bikes on the ferry to Levis and rode them east along a network of biking paths wending their way beside the St. Lawrence River 12.5 kms to a fabulous waterfall called Montmorency.     ... were completely soaked. We managed to get the tarp up, and decided that tonight would be a good night for our lobster dinner.

    We had a quick change, then headed back to New Glasgow (near the PEI Preserve Company) to partake in the famous New Glasgow Lobster Supper. It took us a bit longer than the earlier 20 min to get there because we were ploughing water most of the way there.     ... I watched Game of Thrones with Sam and Leanna then had a nap before all the family got there for bonfire night. They'd set up a barrel in the yard and we all sat around it drinking. Again I had a great time, everyone was really nice and I didn't get interrogated like I expected. Also I ate a mussel and learned way too much about their anatomy.
