Well the week has flown past since the New Year and we have just had the day of the 'Befana'… the whole week has been spent having a good time and sleeping in and walking the wall. We started with a couple of DVDs on Monday Night and have been living ‘Dolcezza di fare niente’. (the sweetness of doing nothing)

Quiet November in Lucca

... br> Stig also mentioned about a river walk from here, in Lucca, through to Ponte a Moriano…it follows the river all the way, its about 7 kms apparently, and is very beautiful. He also told us of a very good restaurant to eat there. From there we can catch the train back to Lucca. (So that will definitely be another of our day trips...)
