April 28, 2012, Barcelona - Day 17
... for a while he noticed it was missing. He decided to go to Business Services - Lost and Found to see if someone handed it in. The desk clerk said "you must have walked one way and it walked the other" (No pedometer to be found).
We met Mike and Angie at 7:00 p.m. for Sangria and Tapas. Lovely dinner and conversation and said our goodbyes and promised to keep in touch.
After a few too many, it was time to call it a night.

... many other high class stores. The fashion also shows in the people themselves! Everyone dresses up classy and nice every day. No yoga pants, t-shirts, or sweatshirts for me anymore... it's all about the skinny jeans, leggings, pea coats, scarves, and leather boots! If I ever wear anything "under dressed" I get some funny looks from people, as if I just rolled out of bed or something! Just another difference in the culture.

Sun, surf and sofa beds
... the Spanish a run for their siesta dollar. We have an afternoon siesta (today was a rare exclusion) for at least two hours. Last week we even had a three hour sleep! How is that possible? We wake at the same time too. Must say I enjoy it, even though it makes sleep in the evening a bit difficult. Aidan will get a shock when we get back to Melbourne and he has to sleep alone. But for now, siesta will continue for a week more. ˇOle!
