... spot - where we initially got off the boat!
Snorkelling was good we saw 2 turtles and lots fo fish including a scorpian fish in about 2 metres of water where we put our fins on - not ideal! Holly also saw a MASSIVE fish - she has no idea what it was but she saw something which scared her! ***Photos in Indonesia Underwater Entry***
After snorkelling we got the boat back to Gili Trawangan for our last night in Gili!!

The sanctuary is run by a volunteer who feeds the turtles every two hours from dusk 'till dawn, buying the fish out of his own pocket and donations when he can't catch his own and the water in their pools is clean and replaced every day. He does a great job, not just taking care of the little critters but in educating tourists of the dangers they face.
