It Was Mr. Green With The Candlestick In The Spa
It rained and thunderstormed most of the day today. Lucky we have WiFi and a TV station called Retro TV that shows a lot of fun, old shows like Batman, the Jetsons and Inspector Gadget. I SAW A BEAR!!!!!
... its way through the shrubs. We screached to a halt and I jumped out with my camera to snap a few shots. It was amazing to be so near to the bear (I reckon I was 15-20m away) and it seemed totally unphased by the group of people taking photos of it. I must have stood there for about 10 minutes just watching it - a dream come true! (There you go, Jessie - I saw one for you!)

After looking at the lake, it looked as if the cloud was beginning to lift so we drove back to Jasper for a walk around the town and a stop at the Information Center to get some badges for the kid and see the weather report as it was still, despite our hopes of lifting cloud and lightening skies, quite cold, dull and wet ...
