And from straight from the opening credits they started…yadda, yadda, yadda…blah, blah, blah…incessant chatter. As much as I wanted to give them a piece of my mind, or at the very least, a stern glare…I took the high road, and relocated. I got back to my cabin this afternoon ...

We headed to the Glass Window today, which is about 27 nm from Governor's Harbour. We had good winds on the beam at 10 to 15 knots. On our way we saw a few dolphins and a turtle. After dinner we retired to the deck to watch the starry skies and the trailing end of the sunset. We sipped on some Cabernet and smoked some Cuban cigars we bought on a whim at Big La's market. (From Big La herself, in fact). While there, some schoolgirls in their uniforms cautiously pet Ichabod. We don't believe they've ever seen a Shih-Tzu before. Here ...

... we were planning to be off the ground by 10am, I had planned engine start and taxi for 9:50am. The problem there is that North Eleuthera Customs is scheduled to open at 10am on Saturdays (whoops) and a checklist item was to call at least one hour ahead of our arrival to file an Arrival Report so they knew to expect us. So we settled into the plane figuring a few minutes delay before departure could easily be made up in the air. (After all, ...
