Entsprechend hatten wir mal wieder einen Adrenaling-geladenen Tag, mit 30km Strecke, ueber 60 Stromschnellen Klasse I-IV und einem Fast-Flip, was uns zu den Heroes of the Day gemacht hat. Es war ein super Tag, und wir haben noch immer Arsch-Muskelkater als Souvenir.
Da die Dummen immer Schwein haben, hatten wir an der Karibikkueste weder Regen noch Kalte, sondern das Postkarten-Costa-Rica, welches wir auch in vollen Zuegen genossen. So geht das!
