      ... hundreds of kilometres to camp in the national park over the Easter period. No camp site allocated bookings were in existence. Late arrivals are rarely successful with any available accommodation.

      ... 5 hours so it was already getting late for us.

      # Found our accommodation for the night (Heritage Trail Lodge) and checked in.

      # Popped down the road into central Margaret River (i.e. the main street through the middle), found a restaurant we liked, but were turned away (apparently too busy ... it was Sunday afterall! :-/ ).

      ... gorgeous rocks bordering canals that appear to be shaped so perfectly. Then we travelled to Gracetown for a look at the surf and bumped into Janine and Michael from Queenscliff, totally random and we both had a laugh and chatted for a while before we moved off to look at Prevally at the mouth of Margaret River.       ... overlooks the water and is only 2-3 mins from the sea but much more private. There was a free bottle of bubbles waiting for us.For dinner we headed to the bar in the hotel, unfortunately our waiter had had a car crash a couple of days before and our light dinner (2 pizzas and 2 orders of petit fours with espresso for dessert) took around 3 hours and we still never got our espresso!
