Our last two days we spent driving around the Margaret River wine region, where we visited Cape Leeuwin, and had lunch at the Leeuwin Estate, after which J sampled some dessert wines and we ultimately visited the pretty Lake Cave, one of the many caves in the region. Next onto Bootleg Brewery where you can purchase the odd 6 pack of brewed beers. Then onto Deep Knees in Margaret River Winery to purchase a few bottles to take home.
Off to the pub tonight for a nice meal other than home cooked for a change.
Tomorrow we are on the road again heading towards Albany. This is truely the start of coming home.

When the heavy rain had gotten lighter we went to a public picnic area in the town of Margaret River. Tomorrow we will go out and explore the region some more. Max wants to go to Busselton and fish off the longest jetty in Australia! And no doubt we will visit a few more wineries on the way.
