    ... trip. We all have wholeheartedly enjoyed ourselves and each others company plus we have great memories to cherish. It's always great to get away but just as great to be back home.     We spent the last two days relaxing on the beach. The weather has been absolutely beautiful! The kids must have spent two solid hours in the water yesterday, just searching for seashells and crabs. They certainly had a blast doing so.     ... distance. It's like they were playing hide and seek with us as they didn't seem to want to come right out of the water. Fortunately we were able to get a good look at a few before heading back in. We were even able to ride along next to one for a bit and could see it just under the surface of the water.

    The next morning we headed right back onto the road. Instead of taking the main highway we took the Kings highway which goes through all the old Colonial homes and towns that run along the inner part of Cape Cod. We drove to Wellfleet which just so happened to be having their annual Oysterfest that day. We parked at the beach and a free shuttle bus took us into town. Chris and I are both not really oyster people but seeing as this was an oysterfest we each got a nice big fresh oyster ...
