    ... fence has fallen and Zoe was in the neighbors yard so we winched up the fenced and tethered it, the fence will have to be replaced and soon. Brought in the dry sheets and made our bed, vacuumed the Oasis Suite and it is all ready for Grahams meetings this week, had a luxurious shower and shampoo and feel quite human again :) Dinner was delish ... Home made hamburger YUM ...

    ... of the valley. The down steps were quite jarring and going up was killer on the buns. We went through tons of forest and saw many great views and waterfalls, but by five o'clock we were both quite tired from seven hours of hiking. Fortunately, there was a train that would take us the last 300 yards back up the mountain so we hurried to catch the last one.     After our rude awakening in the middle of the night we all crawled out of bed at 7am and got ready in silence so we wouldn't wake our new roommate. We then caught the train from Sydney Central which to my amusement was a double decker train, we all caught up on our diaries and enjoyed the views for the 2 hour ride to Katoomba.     ... stopping by the FroYo shop where Saffy managed to rack up a bill of $10. We spent the rest of the afternoon lying on the beach, each of us managing to get mild sunburn, mine perhaps more than mild, I would in fact say severe. In the pharmacy whilst purchasing some face wash to tackle her acne, Suze's card was declined. Thus began the meltdown. Panicked, Suze realised she had taken down £500 or $1000 in a week.     ... nothing too crazy). The field was pretty full with kangaroos just hanging out (he explained it's a family of sorts with one male, however many females he can claim, and all their joeys). Unfortunately they were all pretty lazy and wanting nothing to do with us. He tried holding out his hand, but that one just hopped off. Still we were just a few feet away so I was able to get some amazing photos!!
