    Safe to say that I was in a bad way after our night out in New Orleans! Far too much alcohol was consumed and we met two new friends! After New Orleans we drove to Mobile and on the way stopped at Biloxi, a lovely seaside town. We went on a really cool and interesting shrimp boat trip in the bay.     ... dinner at Amy and John's was perfect! John did a wonderful job grilling salmon while Amy prepared a nice kale salad and a baked acorn squash dish. We certainly appreciated a pleasant respite from our somewhat anxious day!
