... be treated eventually to be a water reservoir, but online research and other sources say not to drink any water there and birds die when they land on it. Overall, it was not as exciting as it looked online. Afterwards, we drove to our next RV site where we have to turn in early for a packed day of a reactor museum, Craters of the Moon, and Shoshone Ice Caves.

P.S. It has been rainy and 60’s since Wyoming; I can’t wait for that Nevada ...

We headed out toward Canada slow and steady. We needed to get the air conditioner cover put back on Sparky. We weren't sure if we had stressed out the air conditioner because it was missing and that is why it continued to throw the breaker, or if it just can't run continuously in the heat. A really relaxing day today. After breakfast we walked over to the fairground to watch the "slack" which is where all contenders vie for a place in the top 10 so that they can compete in the evening show. There was an interesting second hand clothing ...

A short day on the bike today, a lazy ride north from Victor through Ashton with a drive in Diner called Frosttop that has been going the same amount of time that Tim has. Then we had a pretty dry but scenic ride up to Ennis (not with a silent P). We rode through a ghost town of Nevada City and arrived in Twin Bridges. Twin Bridges had their first tornado in over 100 years touch down a few weeks ago, ...

      We are rolling

After getting passports, vehicle insurance, Kona to the vet for a check up
and rabies shot, Hazel packed and up-graded with shelving and power
unit ... we were on the road by 11am. Technically still a morning

The drive is going well, its 8:15 pm and we're just entering Helena.
Cathie's at the wheel and Kona's riding shotgun. I just finished
heating up some delicious homemade turkey ...
