          The English lady Dawn that works with Andrea met us and took us to his " laboratory" ,as the Italian call workshops. Andrea , as mentioned , is the 5th generation of his family to continue the tradition of hand weaving leather. His workshop smelt divinely of leather , and the were several bags ,in various stages of being made, around on the bench tops. Depending on the style of handbag, it will take Andrea 1-2 days to ...

          Treia is one of the prettiest villages in the Marche. We were fortunate to visit on Monday after the rain had caused the village to cancel the bracciale tournament final the day before - so the final was being played the day we were there - result !!
