... pristine beach with NOBODY ELSE ON IT! Crazy. We had heard that would be the case with Eleuthera but were always a little skeptical. It is indeed the case. We spent the next few hours playing with Ichabod on the beach where he went from frightened, to tentative, to accepting, to outright energized! He doesn't love to swim (nor is he very good at it), but he loved floating in his shark raft and chasing ...
... Many colorful fish and coral right here near the house. Amazing place. A short while after swimming, while lounging on the deck, we noticed one of many resident lizards wandering up the walkway to the deck. He made his way onto the deck before Ichabod caught sight of him and wandered over to investigate. Mr Lizard quickly scurried away but Ichabod wagged his tail and snorted, hoping the lizard would return for another visit. I am sure we will see him again ...
... back and forth to town for propane, and with our water and diesel jugs and we are now all topped up...as well as provisioned from the above mentioned HUGE grocery store!
It's nice to be able to sit back and relax now. This is the cruising life. Many chores are more difficult, or at least more time consuming, but once they are done, we get to relax and enjoy, in paradise! I'm still loving this lifestyle!!! :)
