      Princess Cays Beach!

      ... All we had room for was beverages. As for beverages, they had several bars there too, but we didn't take advantage of them.

      I am only going to post 2 pictures here...though I had taken 20. They were taken on an observation tower that was one of the very few buildings on the shore...that I remember anyway. These were taken at the very same spot...12 years apart. ...

      ... night thing...just went to the 7:00 theater to see the production, which was amazing and then on to dinner at the buffet. So...this is a perfect time to catch up and upload pictures.

      Tomorrow we go to the Princess Cays in the Bahamas to enjoy a relaxing day on the beach. I don’t know how long Richard can stand it, but we’ll give it a go. If it get too much for him, we can come back aboard for any number of things here. Nite ...

      ... he spent the day in his engine well, we had him over for a big spaghetti dinner. Today, Tony hoisted him up his mast so that he could check for any damage - which thankfully he thinks is very minimal. Since the strike took out his auto helm, he gave Tony all of his spare parts for it (since it's the same one we have).

      We are now watching weather in hopes for a window to cross to the Abacos.

      On February 25th, 2013 we departed Conception Island at 0615 bound for Rock Sound, Eleuthera approximately 95nm to the northwest. Winds were forecast to be 10-12 kts from the southeast which created near perfect spinnaker sailing conditions for us. We popped the chute within minutes of pulling up anchor and were off on a two day, daylight only passage. We had several options for an intermediate, overnight stop. First choice was ...
