They were really nice and most generous so we will definitely try to look them up when we do make the journey over. Football was actually the second game that week, having already played on the Wednesday night in a top of the table clash - clash being the appropriate wording as well! This is the home of Doyles famous restaurant, but we just had the outdoor menu today, which is just as tasty and the views superb. We had a walk up to the lighthouse where you can see the entrance to Sydney ...

FRIDAY 30th JANUARY We were up at 6.15, showered, cases in car, ready to go until Sooty. He was under our bed refusing to come out for anything. We tried everything, but in the end, I had to crawl under the bed and edged him out. Not a happy puss. We drove down to Officer to drop him off, he had his very sad face on, and off we went after I shed a few tears. We arrived at long term parking at Tullamarine at 9.30, caught the bus and booked in. Had a cuppa at one of the cafes and took ...
