      Today we anchored at Ragiroa, another atoll in the Tuomotu group of islands. We got up at 6, just about the time our ship sailed through the Tiputa pass into the big lagoon. This is one of the largest lagoons in the world.

      Early in the morning we took a boat to an ancient pearl farm to try and spot mantas. So we leaped into our wet suits, put on our snorkel and mask and waddled to the edge of the boat in our flippers.

      ... ficar-m’hi dient que són inofensius. Nedem entremig dels coralls i és molt poc fons. De vegades hem de vigilar de no rascar-nos la panxa amb els coralls. Per sort, no hem vist cap tauró mentre nedàvem, em sembla que hauria tingut un atac de cor.

      Passem la resta del dia gaudint del sol i la brisa del mar, prop de la piscina.
