      ... seen. We walked on glass and glaciers. We saw the Northern Lights and panned for gold. We are among the lucky 30% who have ever seen Mt. McKinley in it's full glory.

      We made 41 new friends in our caravan group and memories that will last a lifetime!

      We had a wonderful time today. We decided to drive to the small town of Anna Maria, Florida. We wanted to see my Aunt Karen and her husband John. We were to meet them at the Sandbar Restaurant at noon. We actually arrived in town around 10:00. We did that on purpose so we would have a little bit of time to look around.

      Today's my 26th birthday...in order to commiserate the fact that I'm now that much closer to 30, I've taken a few days off and have headed to Anna-Maria island. It's a beautiful place on the gulf of Mexico. My host has a condo (holiday home) here and has very kindly let me stay in it :) I've got my own wheels again now too!
