    ... sleeping and staying dry. Alex decided he was coming to Colorado with me which definitely helped lift my mood. We spent the weekend getting all of our gear together, then headed off for real.

    ... had shorts on. Had to rummage through the suitcase to find my jumper. We took a few photos and then went inside to the gift shop/café and had a coffee/cocoa and some donuts, before we headed back down.

    Having decided again not to trek..... hmmmm cold night and tired again,.... but free showers and laundry for $1.25.... BARGAIN!!!! Clean me and clean clothes!!! It was also one of the groups birthday so we all headed out to explore....     ... the Rocky Mountain National Park, stopping just outside in the town of Estes Park. It was a tiny resort town full of touristy cafes and sweet shops and tacky souvenir shops. We stayed in a nice campsite opposite a crazy golf course so we had a rematch, whilst drinking blue slushies, after I beat Matthew in Texas.
