      ... we have some dinner and settle in for the night. It is starting to get a little chilly at night ( down to around 10 Celcius) and we realize that there is no heat turned on. We call the owner and she said that the heat can't be turned on yet, it is against the law. I'm thinking that this is just the owners way of saving money.       ... hilltop village, and like Panicale is a walled village. It's bigger though and today was celebrating "saffron" festival so the village was alive with everything "saffron"'.
