... an exciting time. I even had a chance to truly see the team rivalry when a Napoli fan crossed over into our section…brutal! I was even pushed in attempts to get this guy out of the stadium.

I visited a quality control center in nearby Prato. I was exposed to a number of tests performed on products before they were put onto the market.

... on the main street near our apartment and came across one which we hadn’t seen open before- it had beautiful looking pastries- why didn’t we find it before our last day? Actually, I didn’t think they were as nice as the French ones we had.
We had to pack our bags and get organised for the move out of the apartment.

... Coast without the roads, money or development. Caught the train to Monterosso Al Mare which was the most northern village which had pebbly grey beaches and large statues carved in the rocks. It was quite warm and you could imagine the beach could be crowded in summer as there were people sunbaking on the beach. ... also talked everyone into climbing the Clock Tower as we still had tickets for it from the day it rained. It was a pretty hard climb and a bit smelly from pigeon poo. The view was worth it though. We also had a coffee at a bar which was also a bit of a delicatessen and I found Amedi chocolate which is made in Tuscany and is supposed to be very nice.

They've done a lot of work at the train station since we were last here. They installed moving sidewalks to access the upper level…a huge improvement over having to climb about forty stairs in the past.

... you have to be uniquely identified before allowed to access public internet, it was a bit of a language challenge but not so bad. I then sat in this grand hall of what seems to be a library come information centre along with lots of locals using the internet. So I arrived back at the hostel. It was fairly "late" like 8 PM, 7 PM, normally I come back to the hostel earlier than that because I'm by myself and am a young female and since I sadly fit the age and gender of horrible statistics I over exaggerate in regards to my safety so I try to get in before dark.
