    Malcolm’s plane was delayed, so I was glad to see Lizzie and
    Tim when they arrived at 6.45pm, so I had some company. When Malcolm cleared
    customs we sorted out the rental cars. Had quite a challenge in the carpark,

    ... no crowds, where we got a great view down the main canal with all the gondolas docked to the sides. Our next photo stop was St. Marks square and Basilica and the Palazzo Ducale.     ... I hate the security lines, and the waiting to taxi. I hate the seats that are so close together I can't sit comfortably with my legs still attached to my body.
