Poppiano is a small community close to our villa.
There is a very large castle, where people live.
It is a wine making community. There are solar panels on the hillside and the wine making vats are very well hidden so as to not disrupt the beautiful landscape.

We went into Empoli for gelatto and cookies from a very nice bakery.
