... and enjoyed absolute silence, except for the bells of the cows and sheep, which came through each evening to feed for the night, on higher pastures: such a cacophony of sound, but delightful. After lunch Helen went off to see where her b and b was, and Neil and I went to the pharmacia to get some Nurofen for me.
